Aces go for third straight against Gaithersburg

The Alexandria Aces look for their third straight win on Monday night as they face the Gaithersburg Giants at Criswell Automotive Field at 7:00 p.m.

Alexandria (9-5) is coming off its best win of the season, as it defeated the first-place Bethesda Big Train, 13-4, on Saturday, handing them their second loss of the year.

Gaithersburg (8-8) is coming off a loss to Olney yesterday and looking to get back on track.

Alex Walsh (3.00 ERA) from Lafayette is expected to take the mound for Alexandria tonight, while Chris Baumann (7.71 ERA) from Wilson College will start for the Giants.
